Payment Methods

This page explains how to pay for your order at Alertasi, what happens after you check out, and what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it ships.


Accepted Payment Method

We currently accept PayPal as our sole payment method. PayPal is one of the most widely used payment platforms in the United States and is familiar to most U.S. shoppers.

You do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase. PayPal allows you to pay using a debit card or credit card as a guest without creating an account. At checkout, select PayPal and you will be given the option to pay as a guest using your card details directly.

  • PayPal account holders: log in to your PayPal account at checkout and confirm your payment
  • Paying without a PayPal account: select PayPal at checkout, then choose the guest option to pay with a debit or credit card
  • Cards accepted through PayPal: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. Alertasi does not store or have access to your card number or PayPal login credentials at any point during the transaction.

We are actively developing our business and working to expand the payment options available to our customers. If additional payment methods become available in the future, we will update this page to reflect the change.


Payment Security

Your payment information is protected at every step. PayPal uses SSL encryption and industry-standard fraud detection to keep your financial information secure. Transactions are processed on PayPal's secure servers, not on our website.

You can verify that this website uses SSL by looking for the padlock icon and "https" in your browser address bar. We do not collect or store credit card numbers on our servers.


Purchase Information

Before you complete your purchase, here is what to expect at each step. These are the things customers most commonly want to confirm before ordering a folding camping chair.

Order Confirmation

After your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us within a few minutes. This email will include your order number, the items you purchased, your shipping address, and the total amount charged. If you do not receive this email within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our facility.

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, or international addresses at this time. Order Total and Taxes

The total shown at checkout is the final amount you will be charged. This includes the product price and any applicable sales tax based on your shipping address. There are no hidden fees and no shipping charges added after checkout.

Currency

All prices on alertasi.com are listed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). If your PayPal account or card is in a different currency, PayPal will apply its standard currency conversion rate at the time of the transaction.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us at support@alertasi.com as soon as possible after placing it. We process orders quickly and may not be able to make changes once fulfillment has begun. If the order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery. Payment Issues

If your payment did not go through, the most common reasons are:

  • Insufficient funds or card limit reached
  • Your bank declined the transaction for security reasons — contact your bank or try a different card
  • PayPal account restrictions — log in to your PayPal account to check for any pending verifications
  • Browser or connection issue — try refreshing the page or using a different browser

Why We Use PayPal

We chose PayPal because it is familiar to most U.S. shoppers, offers strong buyer protection, and does not require us to handle your card details directly. PayPal's Buyer Protection program means that if your item does not arrive or does not match its description, you have a clear process to dispute the charge.

If you prefer to pay by credit card directly, you can still use your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card through PayPal guest checkout without needing to create a PayPal account. The guest checkout option appears on the PayPal payment page immediately after you select PayPal at checkout.


Buyer Protection

In addition to our own Returns and Refunds Policy, PayPal offers its own Buyer Protection program for eligible purchases. If you have an issue with your order that we are unable to resolve, you may open a dispute through PayPal within 180 days of the transaction date.

We encourage you to contact us first at support@alertasi.com. We handle every issue ourselves and respond within 1 to 2 business days. Most order problems are resolved quickly without needing to involve PayPal.
