We would rather take five minutes to help you choose correctly than have you receive something that does not work for your situation.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, missing parts, or was not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo if possible. We will sort it out promptly. Return shipping for damaged or defective items is covered by us — you will not pay to send back something that arrived wrong.
