Shipping policy

This page explains how we process and ship orders at Alertasi. If you have questions not covered here, email us at support@alertasi.com and we will get back to you within 1 to 2 business days.


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). There is no minimum order amount. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no hidden fees, no shipping charges added at the end.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only.

  • Contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states): Free standard shipping on all orders, no minimum order amount
  • Alaska and Hawaii: We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time. Shipping folding camping chairs to these destinations requires freight carriers and significantly higher logistics costs that we are not currently set up to support reliably. We hope to expand to these areas as our business grows.
  • Puerto Rico and U.S. territories: Not currently supported for the same reasons as above.
  • PO Boxes: We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Our carriers — UPS and FedEx — require a physical street address for delivery. Please provide a residential or commercial street address at checkout.
  • International orders: We do not ship outside the United States at this time. If we expand internationally in the future, this page will be updated accordingly.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. All times below are Mountain Time (MT), consistent with our operations in Kalispell, Montana.

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3 PM Mountain Time will typically begin processing the same or next business day
  • Orders placed after 3 PM Mountain Time on Friday, or on weekends and public holidays, will begin processing on the next business day

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it within 24 hours of placing your order.


Shipping Time by Region

After your order ships, standard delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

  • East Coast (e.g., New York, Florida, Georgia): Approximately 3 to 5 business days
  • Midwest (e.g., Illinois, Texas, Ohio): Approximately 3 to 5 business days
  • West Coast (e.g., California, Oregon, Washington): Approximately 5 to 7 business days
  • Mountain and rural areas: May take up to 7 business days

Estimated total delivery time: 4 to 9 business days from the date of purchase, combining processing and shipping time. These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery can sometimes be faster or slower depending on your location, carrier conditions, and peak seasons such as major holidays.


Shipping Options and Cost

We currently offer standard shipping only.

  • Standard Shipping (UPS or FedEx Ground): Free on all orders to the contiguous U.S. Estimated delivery 3 to 7 business days after processing.

We do not offer expedited or express shipping at this time. Folding camping chairs are large and heavy items, and the cost of expedited freight for this category is significantly higher than standard carriers can reliably absorb. We are actively developing our shipping capabilities and will update this page if expedited options become available in the future.

If you need a chair by a specific date, email us at support@alertasi.com before ordering. We will give you an honest answer about whether standard shipping timing works for your situation.

We ship via UPS or FedEx. Carrier selection is based on your location and the size of your order.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to check your shipment status directly on the carrier website.

If your tracking information has not updated for several days, or if the status appears stuck, contact us at support@alertasi.com with your order number and we will look into it.


Peak Season and Out-of-Stock Items

During busy seasons such as spring and summer, some of our most popular chair styles may sell out temporarily. When this happens, we need additional time to restock before your order can ship.

If an item in your order is out of stock after you purchase:

  • We will email you as soon as possible to let you know the situation and provide an updated estimated ship date
  • If you cannot wait, you are welcome to cancel your order for a full refund. Reply to our email or contact us at support@alertasi.com and we will process the cancellation promptly
  • We will never ship a partial order without letting you know first

We appreciate your patience during high-demand periods. If you need a chair by a specific date, mention it when you contact us and we will give you an honest answer about whether the timing works.


Shipping Delays

We do our best to ship orders on time, but occasional delays can happen due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions affecting carriers
  • High shipping volume during holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas
  • Carrier service disruptions

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please email us at support@alertasi.com with your order number. We will check with the carrier and update you as quickly as we can.


Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@alertasi.com. Include the following in your message:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the damage
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review your case and work with you on a replacement or resolution. Return shipping for damaged or defective items is covered by us. Photo documentation helps us process your case faster.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, or if tracking has not updated for an unusually long period, please:

  • Check around your delivery address including your porch, mailroom, and with neighbors
  • Contact us at support@alertasi.com with your order number

We will open an inquiry with the carrier and follow up with you. Most cases are resolved within a few business days once we have the necessary information.


Customs and Import Duties

All orders are shipped within the United States. Because we do not ship internationally at this time, there are no customs fees or import duties applicable to your order. If we expand to international shipping in the future, this page will be updated with applicable customs and duty information for each market.
