Refund policy
If something is not right with your order, we want to make it easy to resolve. This page explains our return and refund process in full. If you have questions not covered here, email us at support@alertasi.com and we will get back to you within 1 to 2 business days.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. The 30-day window begins from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
To be eligible, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition, or confirmed defective
- In its original packaging with all accessories and parts included where possible
- Undamaged by misuse, modification, or improper storage
Before returning any item, please contact us at support@alertasi.com with your order number to receive return authorization and the correct return address. Do not send returns to our business address. Items sent to the wrong location may not be recoverable.
What Returns We Accept
We accept returns in two situations:
Defective items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Buyer's remorse: If you changed your mind or the product is not what you expected, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility in this case.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products marked as non-returnable at checkout
- Items that have been used, assembled, or are missing key parts or original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or storage conditions outside normal use
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@alertasi.com.
Please include in your message:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once we have reviewed your case:
- We will provide a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference and item availability
- Return shipping costs for damaged or defective items will be fully covered by us
Returns for Personal Reasons
If you changed your mind or the product is not what you expected, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
In this case:
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- Original shipping fees, if any were charged, are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service so you have confirmation the item was returned
Because folding camping chairs are large and heavy items, return shipping typically costs between $15 and $35 depending on your location. We want you to know this upfront before starting a return.
How to Start a Return
Step 1: Email us at support@alertasi.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Do not ship the item back before receiving authorization — returns sent without prior contact may not be processed.
Step 2: We will confirm your eligibility and provide the correct return address, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
Step 3: Ship the item back and send us your tracking number so we can monitor the return.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Refunds typically appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days after we process them, depending on your bank or payment provider.

- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- No restocking fees
- No hidden deductions
What you paid is exactly what you will receive back, minus original shipping fees for personal-reason returns if applicable.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, the simplest process is:
- Return your original item following the steps above
- Place a new order once your refund has been processed
This way you are not waiting on stock to be swapped. Your refund comes back to you and you can reorder at your own pace.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at support@alertasi.com with your order number.
If your order has already shipped:
- It cannot be cancelled in transit
- You may request a return once the item has been delivered
No Hidden Fees
- No restocking fees
- No forced subscriptions
- No unexpected charges
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Refunds are processed for the full item amount with no deductions on our end, except original shipping fees for personal-reason returns where applicable.
