Alertasi is an online retail store selling folding camping chairs and outdoor seating. We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. We source products from suppliers, sell them directly to customers across the contiguous United States, and handle all customer service ourselves.
We sell single camping chairs, double camping chairs, multi-person camping chairs, and folding camp chairs for outdoor and backyard use.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Orders and Fulfillment
Placing an order does not guarantee fulfillment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in product or pricing information.
If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

We ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Items that have been used, assembled, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return.
